I watched the semi-finals of the Abbey Life ISPA Championship at the Gaumont Theatre on the 13th February 1980. A glass back Squash Court had been assembled on the stage. Which gave a very good view of the action to a narrow wedge of the audience. I watched two very good, but different, games which had the squash players in the audience on the edge of their seats. I had watched some of the earlier rounds at the Trojan's Rugby Club at North Stoneham.
